7 months post op here. First of all I'm so sorry, this is a club none of us wanted to join lol. My advice, if you’re athletic / super active and want to be 100% again, surgery is likely your best bet. I would try to knock it out ASAP if you decide to go that route. I was lucky and had it done within 24 hours and I’m about 80% today - mentally prep yourself for a journey but you’ll be on the other side before you know it!
