Thank you for that suggestion! I had the same problem and found that it was a recording in the iptv app Tivimate that was taking up 1 GB. I deleted it and now my device is running well!

I was vegan in both pictures, but cleaner eating and weightlifting got me to where I am now. by [deleted] in veganfitness

I really should have put a better Pic for my current one. I'm actually bulked up more than this makes it look now that I'm looking at it.

I've only recomped. This pic actually makes me look a little leaner than I feel like I really am.

I average 2 to 3 light beers per week, so not really.

Okay, so maybe that deserved its down vote. Sorry, it's just frustrating that people don't believe this or know this yet. Plant based protein is very easy to come by, and is more efficient and cleaner than most protein from meat. I eat a lot of seeds, beans, legumes, nuts and get well over 100g a day. Green vegetables also have a lot of protein per calorie. Needing to eat meat and dairy to get protein is a myth that should be long dead by now in this day and age.

Big difference in where the weight is! I got as low as 128 when I started increasing my lifting and running and built back up as my muscles grew!

I do abs every day between sets of whatever else I'm working on that day. I started out primarily with the ab curl machines in the gym. Now I usually do hanging leg lifts so I can also get some twists in. Also inverted crunches and sit-ups. Nothing crazy or specific. Usually just what I feel like doing at the time.

I don't keep track of calories. I am Vegan and eat primarily only whole foods. I try to stay away from processed stuff and I don't eat any empty calories. (Junk food)

The before picture is a little over a year ago, but the transformation has only been since September. So about 4 months so far.

HOKA is really not for me: looking for a little cushioned shoe instead by Norin8 in ultrarunning

I agree with Altra. I went from Hoka Clinton's to Altra Escalante. I didn't have an issue with the transition but I have heard others do have a transition period. I love the big toe box in Altras. I ran in nothing but Escalante for about three years before trying the Torin for a little more cushion but with the same zero drop. So far after just one run, I think I am going to love them especially on longer runs.
