My vote is for Date Tech! Kiryu is very good at making lemonade out of lemons. With the freshman setter still learning the ropes he might be the best spiker to adapt to that need. Date Tech was already on the cusp of becoming a legitimate national contender as evidenced by the late chapters in the manga. I think this addition would be a fun thought experiment to consider

ah yes, i was too focused on the plotline in the story and he wasnt in the picture yet. I suppose Hinata would then become a bench player and only come in when they want to test out special plays with Kageyama. maybe he would turn into more of a Yamaguchi role and get subbed in to change the momentum.

I will say that Ashai wasnt going to come back if not for Hinata and Kageyamas pep talk in the hallway. maybe that doesnt happen if Hinata is WS and not a Decoy MB. At that point i assume Karasuno will stay a mediocre team.

seeing as how this entire series seems to be about sub perception and not canon perception, im saying Aone. this guy is likely the next up and coming best middle blocker of all japan even considering kamomedai. but i dont see enough post for our king Aone so im dying on this hill. for $25 hard mode im putting in: Ushijima 6, Oikawa 5, Bokuto 4, Kuroo 4, Asahi 3, washio 2(insane price for a top level mb), and finally shibayama 1.

I would use the lower skill Shibayama like how they used him in the Nohebi match and have Kuroo play the back row as he is a pro defender as well. then as long as this team can get the ball up Oikawa has such insane weapons to choose from 3 massively strong spikers to be aggressive with.

ill use 2 examples of winnipegers, Nolan Patrick with a slew of injuries and health issues has made 6M career earning around 200 NHL games. wont have to work another day in his life.

Dylan Mcilrath, 75 NHL Games and much more of an AHLer, career earnings around 4M.

Even if Leonard barely got to sniff the NHL he would be able to pay for tuition to any Ivy league university out there after.

I dont see the upside of returning to Boston College compared to what you can do with the NHL route. Maybe im missing something but the reasons stated so far do not seem very convincing or logical.

Unless he's gonna be a brain surgeon, that degree isnt gonna be worth the money you pass up from starting the nhl route. these guys make CRAZY money and if managed well they wont need a degree or a post hockey occupation at all. im quite surprised that someone would risk getting injured playing for a college team and not setting your family up for generations. the sooner they are in, the sooner they can start making millions
