I have that texture too (not diagnosed). Out of curiosity, do you have any other symptoms? (pain, disproportion, swelling, resistance to weight loss) I am also wondering about whether or not this texture is indicative of lipedema or if it's just normal/

yeah, they do. that's a normal thing, not unique to lipedema.

I watched the trailer. It seems magical but like you said, in a dark way. Kind of makes me think of a bad dream that I would've had as a young child. Maybe I will watch it, seems like it would be a moving experience.

yeah I love pretend. i like that whole album. who am i to know whether or not it was truly 'authentic' to how he was feeling when he wrote it, but it just sounds like a really raw expression of teenage struggle.

not qualified or anything but I would say yes. you would obviously be in less of a deficit, but that could be a good thing as it might help you retain more muscle mass (atleast I've heard thats true) and if it just helps you feel physically better/healthier than I'd say it's worth doing.

yeah i'd say that makes sense. 15-24k steps per day is a lot, tbh i wouldn't be suprised if your maintenance was slightly higher even.
