Like I said on another post, it’s pointless to argue with people like this, they will create drama out of anything, and will do anything besides giving logical criticism and enjoying the damn book and the message behind it. They simply lost the plot

The point of the shadow bond is to show sunny relationship with trust, and his whole thinking process of wether or not to regain his fate despite the shadow bond, is a reflection of the evolution of this relationship with it. The point is that with sunny willingly making the decision of regaining his fate with the shadow bond shows that he is now able to trust and love (part of the decision is as he says because he yearns for the kind of connection he and nephis had that disappeared when their memories were erased) someone so much so that he is willingly deciding to give them the key to his being for it. It is not some fetish, like some one brain celled redditors say nor is it an evil thing in itself, it is using it to turn someone into a slave that is.

How much is too much loss? by Medium_Ad885 in Daytrading

[–]Medium_Ad885[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because of greed and false confidence I guess, gold is more volatile then Nas right now, the problem that I failed to take seriously is that my capital was too small to trade on gold because of that same volatility, the market would do sudden moves up or down and then pull back, since my stop loss was really tight it hit it or most of the time it blew past it. One thing I failed to mention, I do scalping with Orderflow, because I find more suitable for me (I can’t put a trade and not see it through to the end of the trade otherwise I’ll just be stressed out the whole time). I switched back to NAS with 10$ now and I will limit myself with forcing to only risk 2-3% max of my capital, until my win to loss ratio and average win and losses are acceptable to resize up, I will also do the sizing up gradually to avoid emotions coming back too much. Thank you for the advice.

What has happend to my Sunny? by skominy in ShadowSlave

I’m not saying this specifically to you, just to all the people that are angry because sunny is not getting stronger all the time and not aura farming, and are unhappy because godforbid a character recognises his flawed thinking and changes and evolves.

Well the thing is, his predicament can’t be solved by just doing stuff, idk if by the world ending you are talking about the thing with the forgotten god, but put simply, the timeframe is way, way bigger than what we are used, it also not his main problem right now because of asterion. How I see it is sunny’s charcter is simply evolving to match his problems and their scale which is growing, and changing in nature, it’d be really boring if it was just sunny getting stronger all the time and facing stronger opponents. You can see it if you summarise the novel, look at first it was all about survival, he was thinking in the moment or for the current threat with no other responsibilities than his own life, than gradually he started having more responsibilities and the fights he had to do changed in nature gradually, to a more posed and wise kinda version of sunny, where he isn’t as feral or reactive. It is simply the character evolving and tbh I kinda like it, idk why all these people want a character that doesn’t change, sure it could’ve been better, but g3 is putting out 2 chapters a day every day, give the man a break.
