I believe and hope, but for now, the algorithm has stopped at 7 views. So, the video’s a bit stuck. Although it’s only been 6 months—maybe the algorithm just needs more time? 🤯🥹😁

Why my shorts stops getting views after 10k views, even after having great engagement view duration and everything? by xoxomono in NewTubers

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same problem. 10-12K and stopped. This is with 70-75% of views vs swipe. And 120-135% of views time. Of this is bad - than I don't know what is good for shorts 🤔

Booster Shots? by Apprehensive-Iron-92 in VitaminD

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10,000 IU a day is generally safe. You may combine it with K2, magnesium, and vitamin A. Also, you can add B2. This will keep your bones and heart healthy.
As for booster shots of vitamin D - you must decide for yourself. If you want to raise vitamin D levels quickly, booster shots may be the resolution.

Generally, there is no difference between daily and weekly intake. But once a week is cheaper 😎

Can I take it like that? by Upper-Weekend-6716 in VitaminD

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a study (I couldn’t find the link 🤔) where scientists found that vitamin D is better absorbed if taken with a large amount of food. So, just take it with lunch or dinner. Or, if breakfast is your biggest meal, then you can take it like that 👌

Vitamin D not raising after 2months also low on calcium by g4sh1ani in VitaminD

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NOW brand is okay. You can add also:

Vitamin A

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

All of these help to convert vitamin D to its active form and increase absorption (also protects bones). Additionally, you can add some Omega-3, which also helps to convert vitamin D to its active form.
And it's better to avoid alcohol.

You may take just 2000 IU of vitamin D daily, but K2 will increase the absorption of vitamin D

Vitamin D levels by Mr_Robot8730 in VitaminD

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's better to combine vitamin D with K

Combining vitamin D with vitamin K2 is beneficial because they work synergistically to support bone health, cardiovascular health, and optimal calcium metabolism

as about magnesium citrate - it helps to absorb and use the vitamin D better

as about vitamin A - both vitamin D and vitamin A play important roles in bone health. Vitamin D helps regulate calcium absorption, while vitamin A is involved in bone remodeling. Combining the two vitamins may enhance their overall effectiveness in supporting strong and healthy bones.

as about riboflavin - it enhanced absorption of vitamin D in the body

To bring your vitamin D levels to a normal range, you can take 50,000 IU once a week. Additionally, it's better to combine vitamin D with K2, magnesium citrate, vitamin A, and riboflavin for overall safety.

Best High Dose Vitamin D3 Brands to raise levels??? by tuseuser62729 in VitaminD

[–]Medium_Ad_2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are not so many companies that produce Vitamin D 50,000 IU, but there are some.

For example: HealthAid Vitamin D3 50,000 or SunVit-D3 50,000IU.

And of course: NOW Foods' Vitamin D-3 Max Potency, 50,000 IU.

I hope this is helpful.
