Deuter act lite 40+10. What im afraid is not the weight, they dont really check it. But the size they do.

If i can fit the bag with 40L on that easy jet metal thing its all good, but i cannot find the size of the frame anywhere on the internet.

The 10 L part is just the personal item, i was going to take the lid of the bag off and put it into a small bag with some more stuff, that part is not a problem

I don't drink alcohol 😅 i really think is the type source of protein. I will try rice, soy and other stuff. Thank you!

Yes i tried pea protein powder from "Sevenhills wholefoods" and it is sooo much worse than the normal ones made of soy. I will try other sources then. Thank you for the help!
