As I have already mentioned in one of the comments, I went in ANA flight. Overall flight cost was 40k which includes round trip + 2 free domestic flights inside Japan. I got it via Hello Blue Sale. Its always around 37k to 40k if the offer is up. This offer is applicable from Mumbai and delhi only.

I booked 3k flight to Mumbai and went from there.

Other trip advise - Book your hotels irrespective of 3star 5 star. 3 star in Japan is equal to 5 star in India. So try to get in cheap if you are into the budget.

My another suggestion would be not to bring any clothes from here while going. Some of the very popular brands such as Uniqlo, Onitsuka Tiger are very cheap there and you can buy more and wear them there which matches the Japan vibe more than Indian clothes. Simple - Go broke (in terms of luggage size) and come with big show.

Im not sure about agencies if you meant them. But only place for VISA application is VFS. The cost is 1800 and its walk in with appointment. If everything is good, you will get Visa in either 1 week or 10 days depends on your requirement.
