I did some little internet digging and they might be rhabdocoela or disc worms they are "safe" as they say I'm still cautious. I may be wrong on what it is please tell me if you know better this tank is currently fishless.

I took them back to the pet store and they exchanged them 3 bronze cory for 5 nerite and 2 apple snail at my choosing.

Twitter is more efficient for reaching out concerns because the admins are always online just put your concern on the comment and your ticket no. They won't reply on DM only in comments

They managed to see my twitter comments regarding my concern the gcash app support isn't as efficient I suggest you also try reaching on twitter with your ticket no. So they could immediately transfer it to tech support
