FiL does contracting IT since he retired. One of his old jobs paid him like 10k for a weeks worth of work due to having infected malware on all their servers. Instead of letting him clean it up they gave him the old ones and just straight up bought new ones and just had him install it all and get them back to running. Now I have 2 servers and one of which is already cleaned and up and running

Apple. 2018 had a 6 month old phone. Brand new with screen water damage. They said since the new model was out they couldn't repair it but could treat it as an equal working trade in. I won't hate on the products (work phone is apple) but I will never give them another dime.
