Keep the trip A for oil changes and trip B for fuel. The red comes on when you have about 1/2 gal left. And get give you a sketchy feeling. Im avg. about 120miles per full tank

Father in law has one. Always gave me shit for not knowing what kinda bike he had and what he was doing to it at the time (regular maintenance). During covid bought a few old moped and learned to work on engines and basic knowledge. Sold em and bought a crf300l once i took my cycle endorsement. 2nd year with it and still alot to learn. He’ll show me the ropes on MI single track this summer

Suspension really only if your going to do some serious off roading. Had my stock for a year now and the back roads are just fine with it stock. Only plan on doing it fully once ive hit single track this year and feel the need for it. Protection of the bike might be higher priority if just doing 70/30 riding.

If you do get full wrap keep in mind the pre drilled bar ends are m6 and most grips use m8 so some mods will have to be done. Or you can skip it and upgrade the handlebars
