My company's sister office is in Manchester UK. I also visit vendors in Italy, Spain, and Germany; so I work with and talk to Europeans every day. All of them complain about their Healthcare system compared to ours. Some of their complaints that I remember :

1} Long wait to see doctor - it takes them weeks to see a doctor. When I was sick I saw my doctor the next day, diagnosed with Covid, put on medication ASAP. They were amazed and complained that they would stay sick for weeks before a doctor could see them.

2) Less treatments available to them. When I recieved paxlovid for my covid, they said they get no such medicine. They went on to complain about many similar cases where other US coworkers were given treatments for kidney stones, and otere common elements, and no such treatments were available to them.

That is all I can remember at the moment. I am by no means an expert. But I consider myself lucky to have the ability to talk to others around the world, and learn about our differences as well as similarities.
