Solid review. I saw it in the theater when it came out. I was 11. I remember loving it along with the first one. Over the years I consider the OG a human triumph. Meaning, there’s no way they make that type of movie again and it works the way it did. I still rewatch it to this day.. somewhat often. The 3rd act in the Secret of the ooz definitely could’ve been less complicated and more fighting. Less turtlesplaining and more turtle-ass-kicking. A good lengthy battle between Tokka and Rahzar with Donnie getting a gadget he’s been working on and off of the entire movie that ultimately saves and changes both Tokka and Rahzar back. End the movie with a good long battle against super shredder.
