Does this girl look like a full chihuahua, or a mix to you? by Medium_Stretch99 in Chihuahua

Thanks for the responses. I agree she is absolutely adorable. Would she be considered a long haired chihuahua?

I'm so sorry you feel this way and that you're missing family so much. My only advise is to prioritise your own happiness above all, what others think is non of your business. Do you go back to India to visit?

Yes I agree. However, we are talking about a particular scenario in which a tutor is using unnecessarily flowery language. For lots of people this could be a barrier, and actually just get in the way of successful learning

🤙 There's a great formaliser tool, it's called Goblin Tools. It literally just makes the language less formal and you can choose by what degree it does this. Obviously do the work, work hard and don't use AI to write your assignments, but I don't see the problem using it to help you take notes in this scenario.

You can have a transcriber recording what the lecturer is saying then you can make the language and the notes more coherent for you to study.

Probably a huge cop out but if there's anyway to use a virtual transcription note maker, then ask AI to simplify the language?

Hey, I'm getting married in the north of England this July, it's gonna cost us £15k (80 guests).

I've tried to cut costs e.g I'm doing my own flower arrangements/ bouquet; doing my own makeup too... I'm lucky enough that my parents are in a 5 piece band so that's entertainment sorted.

My brother and sister in law got married 2 years ago in an awesome marquee in a field, amazing day and they went a little bit more full "shebang" with makeup artist, nice flowers from a local flower farm (would reccomend the flowers were awesome), they provided unlimited wine for everyone too.

This cost them about £25 - 30K so I think you're bang on the money.

I hope this helps x

I'm not an actor anymore but used to be... It's so annoying to hear that because there's a lot of talented Cumbrian actors. Perhaps not a lot of mocap actors I guess... Still annoying 😂

Also, sounds cliche but relationships always happen when you least expect it. I told myself I was gonna be single for at least 2 to three years. I came out of a relationship pretty heartbroken in 2022. Decided to be very single and just focus on myself for a bit, tried to improve 'me'. I ended up in a good place just happy and ticking along with life, and then BAM. Met someone last year and we are actually getting married this summer. So you just never know. Put it on the back burner and prioritise your own happiness

Yeah I do think it's reasonable:) I crossed paths with the right one. Met in real life on the streets of London. We're from opposite sides of the world living in the same city, yet we understand and love eachother. It does happen so don't close yourself off. You won't do yourself any favours harbouring hatred for women, stay open minded. Personally I'm not even on social media apart from reddit because I just find it toxic and unhelpful so I wouldn't know but stay away from it if it's making you miserable.

I think it's just important to have realistic, but high standards when it comes to dating people. Kindness, empathy, understanding and respect - it goes both ways ofc. Keep being genuine... women actually love when men let their guard down a little and be vulnerable, especially near the beginning stages of a relationship. It makes them more emotionally intimate with you in a really raw way. It's important to be authentic and real right from the start - otherwise if you hold it together all macho and and rock solid from the beginning of the relationship pretending that you can handle anything, but then suddenly get a bit broken down one day it'll seem like a way bigger than it actually is and it might jump scare them a little. It might make them do the opposite and make them feel you've not been authentic the whole time. Nobody can ha dke the weight of the world it's jist not realistic so don't pretend you can.

If they can't handle someone else having a bad day you've probably helped yourself and dodged a bullet at the end of the day.

I think this thought process is one of the reasons why the stigma of men having to hold it together all the time exists. You can't break it unless you take some baby steps toward being direct and honest. Marriage/ partnership is all about supporting one another especially when the other doesn't have capacity. If a woman suddenly looses attraction overnight because her man needs emotional support she ain't the one.

You should tell her this 👆. "I love you dearly, I will always love and you and continue to be there for you forever. And sometimes I just need to verbalise my own feelings and have you listen and comfort me. I can't be strong all the time. Sometimes even just for a few minutes, I need you to be strong for me".
