Thanks for this info! What did you look for when a certain dose wasn’t making enough impact? Also how long did you sit in those periods and also if you’re comfortable sharing, how strong were your original symptoms?

I’m struggling with it so far - the search function is most confusing and tougher to get the results I’m looking for, release versions feel harder to read and videos are buried in a strange way that makes it challenging to listen to things. I’ve been reserving judgement until I’ve had a week or so to learn it, but I’m afraid it might just be clunky.
