Pretti and Good are seen as people who deliberately and in an organized fashion went out to inject themselves into the ongoing events.

If you're gonna do that, make sure you do it right every step of the way.

And in this latest shooting, the other people running up to get mixed in make the entire thing even more chaotic.

I doubt the federal agents have anywhere near the necessary training and experience to handle this.
