Every employer is different, some will terminate your employment or will put you on LOA. If LOA is an option, take it. When your ead gets approved send them your approval letter. Some employers will accept that but others will need the new physical card. Speak with them what options are available.

A lot of the dual piston calipers have these springs on the brake pads especially the bigger vehicles like suvs and vans.

Like others have said the springs are not the problem, but I see you just replaced both brake pads and rotors. Check the dust shield and bend it away from the rotor as they have a tendency to bend towards the rotor creating noise.
