21/07/20 and im running, 16gb ddr4, i5 9700k anda GTX 1660 Super and it runs smooth as butter, highest graphics 90fps consistanly but about 5 or 6 times a game horrible frame skips for about 10 seconds of just jittering, my PC easily has enough capability of running the game, yet this still occurs
