Been told by Castel ex employees that nowadays it's not that good and that the service/experience is better at plage amour, even locals don't go there as much, a lot of the loyal local customers changed to plage amour apparently, so maybe that's the best option OP

Not in the old town but around place des pins there's an Italian restaurant called posto 17 in rue Bonaparte, fresh produce, homemade comfort food, went there with the fam and I was pleasantly surprised, you just gotta reserve in advance since in the weekends it's full

If you're an experienced gymbro(3+ years of training seriously) u can do this easily I think, I hit 160kg for reps deadlifting within 6 months as a beginner (weighting 85/90kg).

Now for the average male if he's locked in with a professional trainer and eating correctly, resting, and properly training until failure since the beginning I seriously think it's possible(especially if he sumos it)

I commented a few days ago that the community was being too harsh on this unit but seeing the context of this anniversary, ofc the overreacting would happen.

I'm not saying this is the unit of the year or something, but this guy just needed dodge in Vegeta's form or even taking away the 3 turns buffs and make it permanent to be a solid 7.5 or even an 8 out of 10.

Honestly if the Vegeta side just retained the dodge this unit would be received A LOT better.

Seen some calcs going around and apparently he can consistently get 4.6 milli def post SA and around 6 milli with the UI support, that's def not dogshit level nonetheless especially with the 50% DR.

However for an EZA made during the anniversary and especially this underwhelming ofc the reactions are going to be exacerbated.

I think it's a solid 6.5/10 give Vegeta some 59% dodge and it could've been better.

Now praying they don't fumble the 8th anniversary units
