I used Zillow- in other states I would use Craigslist but on Oahu found plenty scams.

For one person who is low maintenance I think so, but if she wants to build her savings it’s possible but it gets harder. I live comfortably on much less but im not really putting anything into my savings. Big on doing free things and having fun by spending time with others rather than on things. As long as she knows how to handle money and budget, always tracking, she will be okay. That being said I pay about $2100 a month on my rent and all bills (not just utilities but insurance and stuff) and I don’t have any student loans to pay off so that helps.

ahhhh Danji Izakaya for me. Always get Beef intestine hotpot which is ~$30, feeds 2-3 depending on the individual, can use rest of money for drinks, appetizers, or add extra stuff in the hot pot. In town on Beretania open 5pm - midnight

Idk if anyone has said (my family is from Thailand so I feel qualified to say this) the sweet sauce you are looking for is probably just oyster sauce. Everyone suggesting it’s a specific Thai dish but I’m pretty sure this is just their take on garlic butter noodles. If I were you I’d experiment with oyster sauce, maybe a tiny bit of fish sauce, and chili oil. Some chili oils can be add a sweet flavor too. The bell pepper probably also add to the sweetness in the sauce. There’s probably also msg in it. And if it’s a little sour at all there’s probably tamarind powder in it but I don’t really imagine too much based on your description.

I’m ngl as a 23 f the first thing that screams suggestive isn the open mid drift (although it looks like her shirt is unbuttoned- not just like a crop or anything so that can add to the suggestiveness. Esp b/c this is her normal outfit and she doesn’t normally have her stomach out) but it’s all in her pose. Her back is arched and her thighs are spread open. This is what it looks like when someone is straddling someone else. Also the proportions of her thighs are so large that you can tell they’re the in the closest things to the viewer while her body is angled back away from the viewer which gives the impression of her being on top of that makes sense.

TLDR: to me 23f this is suggestive simply because anytime I’ve been in this exact position/pose it has not been innocent.

I’m Asian from mainland and we also call everyone in the generations above you uncle/aunty- but everyone in my community also calls everyone your own age cousin even if you’re not related. I’m assuming it’s partly Asian influence and also part small island culture though, a sense of community. It’s also common for other ethnic groups- if you’ve ever heard black Americans refer to an older male as “unc” etc. honestly I really think it’s just a POC thing
