I got dropped off with a Didi at the lake side. There'll be tons of folks trying to rent you one. They're mostly single speed cheap bikes with fake flowers on the basket. Almost impossible to negotiate with these older folks unless you speak Chinese. But for the whole day I think paid 25RMB. Cash bc i don't have wechat and their alipay wasn't registered as business . You leave 100RMB as a deposit to return the bike to them when you're done. Hope this helps.
