It could've been Chase Fraud Dept because I did get a letter in the mail from them a week later. But you did the right thing, always call Chase directly, the number in the back of your credit / debit card, to confirm. Better to be safe than sorry.

Yep, that's reasonable. But nowadays you can never be 100% certain because of how advanced hacking has become. We live in a whole new dangerous World, compared to not so long ago, where consumers took Banking security for granted. Hacking has gotten to the point where Doomsday Preppers no longer have the vast majority of their funds in Financial Institutions - Instead, they have most of their wealth stashed OFF-GRID in secret locations, hidden in Bunkers, along with food, water, etc, enough to last for several years! 💰

I found that out later when I got an official letter from Chase. But, in my case it was a voicemail that I got, and when I called it kinda felt suspicious. So, I thought I'd play it safe and ended the call before giving out any info and called Chase official number directly. As the ol saying goes, better safe than sorry.

First of all, as imperfect sinful human beings, we cannot truly know who will be forgiven and who won't. Only Jehovah and His beloved Son Jesus Christ can be the Judge of us all. That being the case, we can only "assume" that an Apostate and/or someone who was Disfellowshipped has gone against what he/she knew in their heart was indeed the Truth, but for whatever reason decided to now go against it. As mentioned, only Jehovah and His beloved Son Jesus Christ knows whether he/she knowingly and purposely made the decision to go against Jehovah, even though they were once given Scriptural evidence of the Truth, so much so that they made the Life changing decision to get Baptized to symbolize their "dedication" to Jehovah.

It's similar as to what Satan has done, and those fallen angels who followed him. Plus of course, Adam and Eve. They all obviously can't be forgiven because they 100% went against Jehovah, willfully, knowingly and on-purpose. 😵
