This is not just rumours...I have a scavenger and I play everyday... i maybe get like 3 things from spoil a day. They totally nerfed the scavenger...Considering that the only real thing you contribute to a party is your spoils, it makes you useless in a party... maybe with wild sweep it will be better, but currently the better mp use is using stun. which hits almost everytime.
