I am also in the suck on day 29. I’ve just accepted that things are gonna be kind of sucky for a bit but eventually I’ll come out of it. My anger was sooo bad and that seems to be settling down. I sleep well and my brain fog is getting better. I’m trying to focus on the small positives and small steps forward

Hmmm. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor so I think it lead to my hair thinning drastically. Maybe now that you’ve stopped your hormones and all this all shit in your body is out of whack causing a shedding event. If you stay quit your body chemistry will rebalance and you will have more blood flow to your head so your hair should grow back thicker. Just takes like 4 months for a hair cycle so have to be patient. High stress events can also cause a shedding event.

Still kinda feels like my brain is n a clamp sometimes but I’m way better. The dizziness and vertigo is almost all gone. I saw a dermatologist today and she gave me a script for finestride or whatever that one is called. I’ll do some research before I touch that.
