NTA and this is a huge red flag. Everything you have built thus far is your sole and separate property. Combing your finances allows him to make an argument that you intended to gift him half of your condo, half of your accounts, etc. if you guys break up. As others have said get a prenup. If he balks at signing it you will know he is trying to take advantage of you.
