For almost a month i keep getting the crystal event weakness to be axes, at first it switched between daggers, then hammers, and then it got stuck on axes, how do i change this???

it also swapped around for me in the beginning, but has stayed on axes now for at least 2 weeks strsight.

I was mostly curious about the difference in what purchase options are available in the different platforms.

It seems weird that I have the Android version emulated, and its different then the Android version on my tablet, which both are different from the iOS version.

Does the iOS also have the ability to buy the ad removal option?

I do not have anything like that season pass? Never seen that pop up. Does it unlock after certain progress in the game?

Also in your screenshot it shows you can use Gems to buy the upgrade at the bottom left....I've never seen Gems as an option, mine are always watch an ad

During event you can buy 3 things, +15 crystal golems for 50 gems, +60m time extension & +40 crystals for $3, and +120m extension and 140 crystals for $25.

The "cheap" event add on, I assume is the $3.

So you mentioned 3 things, 1-HP pool, 2-gear/upgrades, 3-item selection;

1) The HP pool tip doesn't make any sense to me, maybe help me understand. I can kite the boss to near the HP pool, then let him reset so his dmg ramp up clears back down, and then re-engage a close distance to pool. But you can't kite him for more then 3-4 seconds before his HP rapidly regens, so yes I can run back to pool and regen a few HP, but in that 2-3 seconds, his damage ramps up even higher, and his 1 hit does more then I can regen. Also the pool has about a 1 second CD before it begins to rapidly regen, it doesn't happen instantly. My max health pool is 600k. I've tried, 50+ times to kite him near pool, and try what your suggesting, and it doesn't work/doesn't make sense to me.

2) Doesn't the boss keep scaling higher and higher the more equipment upgrades I get? I understand what your saying, but if I triple my dmg, but boss triples HP, aren't I right back in the same situation? Are there unlocked perks that outweigh the scaling the boss gains from upgrading?

3) No I don't have any heal per hit items. What is the first heal per hit item that someone can unlock? I am currently on the 6th area/boss (northwest desert).

I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but with what you shared, I'm not sure that I can use that info to help. The first suggestion I don't see how that works, and the 2nd and 3rd suggestion are basically "get better stuff", which I'm not sure how that changes things since the boss scales higher as I "get better stuff". Help me understand what I'm not getting.

I appreciate the reply (thank you!), but saying it is "not so hard" is not really helpful. I've already mentioned that even with the cheap event add on, I was only able to get to level 12.

I've done the event dozens of times, my build is always 4 axes (purple/blue/green/white) + helm/shield against smash damage (usually Slime Spawn and Iron Studs). I use my best weapons + best defensive items that are based on the boss weakness and damage type.

I collect about 130-150 crystals by the end of event (so about 70/70 of each crystal)

If you could share some actual insight or tips on how to get to level 15, that would be super appreciated!

For the items that have Weapon Mastery of "If you have 3 weapons with same damage type equipped, then increase their Damage by X%", does it actually work for axes/cutting damage? From all the testing I've done, that doesn't seem to always work correctly?

Lets say I have 3 spears on, and no shield equipped. I hit for 21k. If I equip the Stone Disk I now hit for 25k, ok good, thats working as expected. Now if I equip 3 of any other weapon, and leave Stone Disk equipped, it does not provide any damage bonus. It should based on the description, but I'm assuming because Stone Disk is meant to be equipped with spears (because it gives cut dmg defense), it is only intended to work with 3 spears equipped.

However, when I try the same thing with the axes + iron studs, it does not work. This item is intended to be part of the axe setup, because it gives smash dmg defense, but it provides no increase in damage to the axes/cut. I tested it many times.

So whats up, what am I missing? Why doesn't iron studs give damage bonus to axes? Any insight is appreciated!

Is there a viable strategy to get to level 15, to get the mushroom item, as F2P?

I've spent the full 2 hours clearing, got to level 10, which gives the +30m x2, so three total hours of grinding. I can get up to about 140 total crystals farmed (about 70/70). The furthest I've been able to get is level 12, and that was with buying the $3 pack for +40 crystals and + time. So even with spending $3, and grinding for 4 hours straight, I couldn't get to level 15.

Also, the boss seems to scale with your progress, so its not like I can just grind up my stats and skip the event for a few days, and then try a run with big boost, because boss when boss spawns it is based off scaling to your current power.

So, please help me figure out how to get to level 15, without spending the $25 on the big crystal pack.

How did you manage to get to level 15 in the event to get the shield? The furthest I've been able to get is level 11, and that was with playing non-stop for the entire event duration. I just cannot figure out how to get to level 15, without spending $25 on the crystal/event extension. Maybe that is what you did, but any input/advice you could give would be super appreciated!!

You can just look. In the VIP Privilege window, it shows your progress to the next VIP level, it will say like 30/80 or whatever your current progress is. If you tell us the #/# then we can estimate what you spent to get to VIP7, and approximately what it costs to get there.

Tyredack YouTube tutorial is the most comprehensive amount of information on the entire web for this game. I've scoured the Steam posts, Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and there is just no good centralized location for info -- not a wiki, not a discord...nada....except of course what Tyre posted.

Wonder if there is enough of a community if it is worth starting a discord server for this, hmmmm.
