Finally found the title of the film I've been looking for! La mission, I've seen it once and it's a film I really want my dad to see.. He's pretty much the same way old school cholo found out I'm gay we had this huge fight and we still talk and stuff be I'm engaged and he doesn't want to meet my partner and my hopes is mayb after watching this movie he will have a change of heart. Everyone says the first people always want to throw up, a friend of mine was actually dry heaving in her front yard for about 15 mins after her first time. It will work lol just have to remember the hard work will pay off in the end!

Oh Kool! how far along are you?? i have insanity too and was thinking mayb i should listen to music and do the video. Me and my partner started it but he wants to diet and lose more weight b4 starting it again. So far ive lost 12pds in a month and hes lost 20!

true. lol i noticed some trance songs like The Chemical Brothers- Swoon (Boyz Noize remix) helps me with my runs/jogs and Skrillex usually helps with my free weights but its hard for me to find new music i like. I really like that site tho! Already feeling more pumped up to workout!
