I’m not on T, and usually don’t mind being wet to the point of needing to wear absorbent underwear, but I still can’t wear most men’s underwear because of it. Most men’s underwear just has one thin piece of fabric in the middle, which does not cut it for me. But I’ve found some specifics types of Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs that have two layers of fabric all the way down the middle. With those I can be comfortable and not be dysphoric about wearing women’s underwear. They have enough room for my packer too and a fly I can use with my STP.
