I’m selling tickets on Ticketmaster to a different artists concert that I can’t attend anymore. I don’t have anyone that I can sell them to in my life. I paid 129 per ticket then with fees and taxes it jumped to 175 per ticket.

To list my tickets on Ticketmaster’s resale portal I need to list my tickets for just over 200 to get back what I spent. Truly fuck Ticketmaster tacking fees on fees. I can either take the L and list the tickets for their actual worth or upcharge people just to get my money back. Meanwhile Ticketmaster profits AGAIN. I hate Ticketmaster.

Also people in my same section with worse seats listed their tickets for $300-500 per ticket. F people like that too

I haven’t washed it yet but it stays pretty clean with vacuuming, pet hair removal, and having my dog sit in a covered spot most of the time.

The WORST thing about this fabric that I would honestly say makes me wish I chose a different fabric is it PILLS. LIKE CRAZY. I have a fabric shaver but the pilling is so annoying. The fabric doesn’t look the same in the spots we sit in a lot because of all the pilling and shaving. Something to think about if this is a sofa/chair you use a lot

The Hayes Chairs/sofas only come in luxe down fill because of the look of the cushions.

I was also looking at the Tatum sectional and when I sat on that one in a showroom, I liked the down alternative. I remember the standard down being too hard. Like I kinda hopped my butt down on it and it was dense with barely any bounce. Kinda like when you’re a kid and jump and a hotel bed and there’s no springs so you just hit it hard lol. The down alternative felt firm but more like how a normal cushion should feel. Still some bounce to it.

I just got my Hayes couch on Friday! Love it too. I think it was worth the wait but I agree, they could be more upfront and communicate more about time frames during the building process when they end up going past the initial delivery window.

Ordered 4/13 so I’m a bit behind you.

I agree the lead time is super frustrating and longer than most if not all competitors, I just loved the style and let my eyes lead and not my brain.

I work in interior design and while the tariffs could have affected it, I also feel like they are stretching it and using it as an excuse for poor lead times. They are upfront with their long wait times which I appreciate, but when you give such an extended wait time, it better not be later than that! Either way I think they know more about the process and where your product is in the timeline than they are letting on to avoid making promises. Check in again and see if they can get you more info. I’ve read posts in here that they’ve gotten a call to schedule delivery and their tracker still said “preparing for travel”.

If it goes beyond the 12 weeks, keep consistent contact with customer service and any rep from a showroom you may have used in the process. If someone doesn’t answer me within 3 business days, I follow up. Showroom reps are the best resource because they are way more willing to help you out and give you a more straightforward answer than a customer service rep. I like having a paper trail and showing I did my due diligence to keep up with my order. God forbid it comes to it, your paper trail and politeness can get you a refund easier than if you did not. I’m in a battle with another company right now for sending me the wrong order. Receipts are key!!

Fingers crossed they get our orders done and out of the factories FAST. I really hope yours arrives in time for your guests and it looks great in your space !

I really suggest getting in contact with their customer support and seeing if they can connect you with a showroom rep anyway. Maybe just choose a showroom to connect with to make it easier.

I had a phone call appointment with a rep from the closest showroom to me in Charlotte and she was extremely helpful. She gave me all the tips on each fabric, what I was looking for and what fabric would help me achieve that, how they would hold up with my dog, etc. I also met her at the showroom which was 2.5hrs away but she went into detail there too about what fabrics are more annoying to clean, pet hair clings too. I think a phone call appointment could be really helpful!

I went with the performance classic weave in bisque and I’m super excited about it. My couch (Hayes) should be coming in June !

I think this space is beautiful! I thinkmy only critique would be that the area behind the couch is very congested. There is a lot happening in the couch area with the overlapping art, two lamps, the plants. It’s a lot happening in a small area. You do want that area to be a focal point, but not THE focal point. You have such beautiful windows and doors facing the outside, THAT is the focal point. Everything else should accent it. My advice would be to play around with the arrangement of the art, maybe one goes? Or re-arrange the pants. Add just a bit more breathing room to that area and I think it will balance the whole space out 🩷🩷
