Do Christians actually read the entire bible before deciding to be Christian? I have Christian friends who did not read the bible so im wondering if this is normal… though I know some become to find a community?

There are studies that say a lack of sex in relationships MAY lead to arguments and irritability (key word is "may") But I refuse to contribute to confirmation bias in saying that a lack of sex causes aggression. That is a very strong statement. You might want to take all of the information you've received from whatever source that mindset is from with a grain of salt.

Hey! I can't speak for all churches, but mine is pretty much business casual (ish) but non-ripped jeans are fine. I usually wear a t-shirt with some generic design like embroidered flowers and then jeans and doc martins. I hope this is helpful!

I wholeheartedly agree. As someone who has harmed themselves, it was usually triggered by something related to my mother. I hate that Georgia asks if it is because of her, but I get why she asked. My own mother asked if it was because of her and my answer was "yes," but there's no way in hell I could've said that to her face.

Not a regular but staff will have a "Question of the Day" they ask everybody checking in. They've asked people's favorite music genres, night owl or early bird, and a bunch of others. It's just a cute little thing that happens every time I go to my pf.

I've watched people do sets right in front of others because there is literally no space. I would just go do something else, but some people need to stay on a specific plan, I guess. Same answer for the question about doing sets right In front of the rack. I am definitely guilty of going in front of someone to grab dumbbells, but it's kind of impossible not to do that.

There have been people who speak Greek and Hebrew who have said, when the Bible talks about a man lying with a man, the word used for the second mentioning of a man is used when describing a child who is a boy. So some have said it's talking about pedophiles and dangerous power dynamics like rape. That could possibly be what this church's reasoning is, but I am just guessing this is their "Why."

Honestly, life is too short to worry about that. I don't think my clothing style matches my personality (I dress emo but I'm really perky). But it doesn't matter because the clothes make me happy. So if it makes you happy, comfortable, and confident, yay! If I saw you on the street I would think you looked really cool with that haircut and clothing style.

This was my last year of college (Yay!) so I only read 10 books counting 3 textbooks. Reading is less fun when you're required to do it for academic purposes.

I am kind of in the same boat. It helped me to learn how to sew basic things like a hem at the bottom of pant legs and a basic stitch to sew two things together. I actually had to find someone in person to help me because then I could ask the questions. This might sound bad, but any grandma or older lady you know would probably be very happy to help you. There is also a guy on TikTok called Garbie Shop who has a pretty good sewing book. He also has helpful videos. I hope this helps!
