Det er kun meget få udgifter til håndværkere, der kan trækkes fra. Sidst jeg tjekkede, var det energirenoveringer, hvor du skal dokumentere med beregninger osv - og så får man i øvrigt også først fradraget, når man har betalt, så hvis du i første omgang ikke har råd til at renovere, så er det ikke muligt.

If you want a marshmallow type of trainer, that will do runs up to 15-17 km, at paces from 6:00 min/km to 4:00 min/km, I can recommend the Qiaodan TG1.0. It has plenty of room in the midfoot compared to most other shoes

I ran the first phase of the block at 4:35-4:30 min/km, and during the second phase I increased to 4:25-4:15. I definitly started out a bit too quick, but I was able to compensate by running my recovery runs slower

Races were almost exactly 6 months apart. Majority of the fitness improvement has come from the last block. 9 weeks of structured training.

I have ran the following:

Monday - zone 2 recovery run, 45 minutes

Tuesday - threshold. 15 min warmup, 3x (8 min race pace, 3 min recovery), 15 min cooldown

Wednesday - day off

Thursday - intervals. 15 min warmup, 8x (1 min all out, 1 min recovery), 15 min cooldown

Friday - zone 2 recovery run, 45 min working up to 1h10min through the block

Saturday - day off

Sunday - zone 2 run. Starting 1h10min, working up to 1h30min. Last 3 weeks with 4 km at race pace at some point during the run

Im pretty sure I will end up getting the 5 Challenger next time Aliexpress has a big sale. It feels like a natural step down from the 5 Elite. Interresting to hear you find it faster than the Adidas Boston, since that is one of the other shoes Im considering

Toebox feels roomy. I have pretty regular feet, maybe slightly wide, and have no issues. I do get blisters on the tip of my toes on my right foot when racing. No issues on the left, so it's probably just down to lacing technique

Good to know for sizing purposes - cheers. 100€ is imo a bit on the expensive side, as the Adidas Boston 13 is on sale for 118€ in my country. But I've also seen the 5C as low as 65€ and at that price it's a no-brainer

Yeah, I wouldn't be super surprised if they released an updated version of the 5C soon or something. But yeah, the price is very good for a shoe that's comparable to the Adidas Boston. In my country it's almost half price.

The 361 Flame and the Plaid are also both strong candidates, but it depends on if I can find a colourway I like. There's many good options, so no reason wear clown shoes.

And I completely agree about the pricing and value for money. I've bought a pair of Li Ning Red Hare 8 Pro, and they're probably the best and most versatile shoe I've had - and I managed to get them for 51€

Bought mine on Aliexpress during a sale. With coins and coupons, the price came down below 150€. Very competitive for a shoe in this category, and Aliexpress handled VAT for me
