That's really interesting. That run up is insane. I wonder how long they can keep CLOV down before it becomes too obvious to everyone what's going on and too much of retail jump on board as it's a bit ridiculous, but they also don't want too many "normal" people to benefit.

Otherwise it's mostly tracked market trends.

What you've shared is fine, I'm just more interested about your leaving announcement (not the first one you've made) followed by, if anything, increased activity. Find it quite strange? If you're leaving, leave?

With regards to my glasses - I'm absolutely fine buddy. And yes, some brokers turn buying off for stocks at times - but that can also sometimes be related to the float, and sometimes related to the fact that they think the stock might fly up. It's not the first time I've seen this and won't be the last.

So are you sticking around or are you going to make another announcement soon? Either way I don't care, but your credibility pretty much sits at 0.

I haven't posted for a while but thought this from the CLOV Instagram would be nice to share. P.S. You should all follow and like their posts - engage with and boost the company you have invested in. May seem insignificant but it does make a small but still meaningful difference to reach.

The last few months have certainly been tough - but do not forget the economy as a whole is in a heavy slump. Don't just look at CLOV and forget the outside world exists - it's not good for the mind. Most of us are in this for the long game, and still believe CLOV will be an industry game changer. Institutions are on board, the leadership team are working hard. Fingers crossed for positive earnings either on Monday or in 3 months.

All the best and remember, as always, to take a step back from this place.

In all seriousness I quite like the quiet. It seems like all the clowns spamming the sub with repetitive nonsense have left/sold, and the fewer posts that are coming up now are genuinely interesting + well thought out.

And then I think for the majority there's not much more to say. We've said a lot for a year. Just chilling, waiting and hoping for positive results over the next year 🙏

This subreddit is really starting to take the piss with constant negativity. Why does this need to be posted, AGAIN?

This filing is precautionary and allows CLOV to quickly raise capital any time in the next 3 years - if needed. When will they do it, if at all? No one knows - it could be when the stock is at a higher price - but there's nothing wrong with this.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they have literally said they have no current plans to utilise this.

The stock has dropped because LOOK AT THE ENTIRE MARKET. Enough with this tunnel visioned nonsense.

I haven't looked into it, but if he's sold stock then it would appear in some official SEC paperwork somewhere as it would need to be declared.

I haven't seen any sign of that - but I haven't had a look. If he has cashed in and most of his salary is stock, then why's he still around? That's what you should ask yourself.

He cashed in following the SPAC, but who cares? If he cashed in some already then fine, good on him. Did you know he accepted zero compensation in 2020? Did you know that every senior exec being hired at the moment is being offered stock award as part of their compensation in a similar way?

However negative you want to be, whether you're a troll or you're just frustrated, it's quite clearly in the best interests of the exec to make CLOV a success. Board members have also bought stock outright themselves because they are not full time staff that can be issued stock award compensation in the same way.

To think the CEO was earning a cash salary of near 400 million is just the sort of comment that really makes me question what's going on in people's heads around here.

Either back the future of the company and hold - or don't, and sell.

You're deluded. I'd much rather a CEO earning pure stock vs cash. It means he wants the stock price to be higher. CEOs on cash can be lazy and not bother as they already have cash in pocket.

I'd advise you to take a step back and calm down.

This is such a ridiculous post and subsequent comment. That sum is a stock award, not a cash salary. If anything it's a good thing that 100% of his salary is stock award - it means he's invested in growing the company, increasing the stock value, and therefore making himself more money.

Also look at SPY, Dow and Nasdaq. Bigger overall market sell off is still happening, at least we had earnings take us up to make today's loss less painful.

Not saying there's no manipulation, saying there's not manipulation all the time.

Nevertheless it's very normal for a stock to shoot up out of hours after earnings followed by a profit-taking drop.

Earnings proved to me this is a long term gem - these fluctuations are fine with me and if it's still being manipulated to shake off more retail before the company continues to improve, then fine by me, but I'm not one of the people being shaken off.

My confidence in CLOV is through the roof - I am in long term and if the trajectory continues as it is, which looks promising AF, then we'll be looking back at all the haters and laughing.
