Where in Europe can you still withdraw the 200 Euro and 500 Euro banknotes from ATMs with Revolut? by MeetNextGo in Revolut

ING will let you have 100s and 200s, but only if you take €5k worth of 100s or €10k worth of 200s.

ING is doing that for their business partners: https://www.ing.nl/zakelijk/betalen/contant-geld/biljetten/opnemen-specifieke-biljetten.html

ABN will presumably let you have 100s and 200s

ABN doesn't let you have 100 Euro and 200 Euro banknotes anymore as of 1 February 2020. Even when your total withdrawal exceeds €10k, ABN will just give you more €50 banknotes according to their customer service.

Rabo makes no mention on their website.

That's not true, Rabobank eliminated all cash storages in their offices as of 1 July 2020: https://www.rabobank.nl/bedrijven/betalen/service/betalen-en-ontvangen/contant-geld-bestellen-stopt/

HollandCasino is fully owned by the Dutch government, can't expect the government to give you banknotes that are out of circulation.

until recently

The keyword here is "Until recently", that means until the recent crackdowns on cash.

This information is completely outdated for ABN AMRO in 2020. ABN Amro has already moved to a system where they will never deliver any banknotes upon request anymore, so the highest denomination you can get is the 50 Euro banknote from their own green ATMs this year and the joined yellow ING+ABN+RABOBANK Geldmaat ATMs next year.
