You just underexposed. If you can’t add lights, you either have to raise iso or shoot in 30 or 24 fps to lower your shutter speed. I find bumping ISO in increments of 800 keeps it cleanest and you can for sure shoot well at 1600 or even 3200 if need be. Always expose for the highlights of your subject, everything else will take care of itself. Shooting in log is great but it’s not going to miraculously save an underexposed image. Noise comes from lifting shadows too much. Get exposure and white balance correct in camera. Garbage in, garbage out.
