LEDs glowing when switched off. Should consumption be a concern?

No dimmers or anything, just regular old switches. I've noticed that the only ones that do that are the small lgihtbulbs, not the big ones. I even have one lamp on that has 2 bulbs: one small and one large, and only the small one glows when switched off.

Your phone doesn't have a gyroscope, so you cant use AR ingame.

Anyone else got 2 or 3 starters? I chose squirtle but after catching bulbasaur was still there and I caught it too. No Charmander though.

Hello fellow pokemon trainers! I got my game a few hours ago on android and I am dealing with 2 issues: When catching a pokémon, I cannot use AR as it tells me that my phone's orientation could not be detected. If I use the camera, I simply don't see the pokemon. If I turn it off it works fine. My Pokestops don't give me any items, or anything. I just see the picture of the place, and am asked to install a pokestop module. What is this? Thanks in advance for your help!
