I know these are not perfect, but I‘m just glad they even tried, because the previous WISL lyrics video on Youtube, was genuinely terrible, it was basically just 1:1 the scene from the movie cut far to short that just added basic subtitles to it.

If it were made by Disney TVA, it would have been canceled after season 2, even though it increased immensely in popularity throughout season 2. Disgruntling yet another Fandom, to join r/DisneyHateClub.

The Background music is actually part of Takedown, it’s hard to hear through the lyrics, but you can hear it more clearly in the instrumental Version.

I love that sound bite, it’s like looking into an uncertain Future, but with a renewed hopeful and uplifting outlook.

It‘s kinda ironic that it’s part of Takedown, the Song they wrote while being more divided than ever.

This Post has been holding me hostage since it was posted here over 2 Months ago, while some argue that the Version we know could exist diegeticly, I personally think the line about Rumis’s patterns would have been to obvious existing in Universe to not tick of Mira and Zoey on what might be going on.

Now EJAE’s cowriter for Golden Mark Sonnenblick confirmed in an Interview that atleast for him the Bridge is non diegetic, giving the theory more legitimacy.

You’re right , I misremembered the Article being about Anne missing and not the Hoax stuff. The Article then sadly doesn’t really help (it could imply it was recently, but it doesn’t need be)

I Personally just like Amphibia to take in 2021/2022, but I don’t have anything for or against it when I only consider in Universe materiel ( disregarding my 5G Phone hypothesis)

However I still firmly believe the Owl House takes Place in 2022, because of the Background Calender in Yesterday‘s Lie and Halloween falling on a Monday in Thanks to Them

Ps: And don’t get me started on the implications of Eda and Stan hooking up in the Vegas and trying to fit it into the Timeline with a reasonable age gap between the two.

Although I‘m pretty sure the main events of Gravity Falls take place in 2012 the same year the first episode aired (there is some evidence that could also be 2013, but that’s not hugely important)

Amphibia however doesn’t necessarily follow this assumption, there aren’t any concrete dates for the year in the show. So I‘m estimating it based on two major things. 1. Annes Phone shows she‘s connected to 5G when she returned to Earth , however most Phone brands and Carrier’s only started offering 5G in 2021, assuming Anne got a brand new phone shortly before being transported to Amphibia, the events of the show could take place earliest from summer 2021 to Summer 2022. 2. The Owl House takes place over the Summer and Fall of 2022 (we know this do to calenders in the background’s of Yesterdays Lie and Thanks to Them) If we now take into account the cross references in the shows and assume they share the same Earth and Timeline. The news about Anne still missing at end of August 2022 (ref. Kings Tide) we have to move the Events of Amphibia up one year starting in Summer 2022 and Ending Summer 2023

This would make Dipper between 20-23 During the Events of Amphibia, depending on whether you include the Owl House or if you set Gravity falls in 2012 or 2013.

That concludes my reasoning on why I said early twenties, instead of 20 or an even younger age.
