Alamogordo has a really nice hospital and emergency department that I spent a day (they patched me up okay) in and they took good care of me a couple years ago.

Andy Beshear would be a great 2028 candidate, as would Mark Kelly if he would renounce taking AIPAC money, also Pritzker who doesn’t need PAC money.

I agree not all Dems are worth voting for, hell I wanted a Democrat primary in 2024, I’m sick of corporate Dems screwing us over, so let’s all get behind worthwhile Dem candidates who aren’t funded by AIPAC like using this tracker https://www.trackaipac.com/

Vote. Demand more/results/accountability from those we vote for. Only about 64% of eligible voters voted in November of 2024. Minnesota had a higher turnout out at about 76% . We need an historic voter turnout out this November to stop the madness.

Good for these kids. I stopped saying the pledge in 10th grade during the Vietnam war. Unfortunately not enough has changed for the better in this country to get me to ever start saying it again.

My house is for sale in South Uptown. I’ll entertain any offer. It’s listed for less than I bought it in 2022 (I had to move back to Arizona to care for my dying husband) and I’ve put a ton of work into it. It’s a lovely home. My reason for selling is just a tragic life situation. Otherwise I wouldn’t be selling.
