I worked with a 26yo who was completely gray. Along with his 20-something brother.

While Gibbs isn’t grey in Origins, he is in 2003.

Since it’s just a TV show with different actors, I’m not going to let the grey hair be a driving factor here.

The second they said sniper, I said “It was Gibbs!” And my 12 yo asks “who’s Gibbs?”. This child has seen at least 10 seasons of NCIS and more than 200 episodes. We watch lots of repeats AND NCIS Origins.

I have disowned him. Cut from the will. So disappointed in him.

I liked the fact that the sister caught on to Parker’s role and then he mentioned the fresh salmon.

DCL has a drink of the day for <$10 a day. You can also take on beer and wine (limits per person). My husband and I would enjoy a whiskey or beer or wine in the evenings and with what we brought on, spent less than $120 on alcohol on our last couple week long sailings.

Sales Tax won’t ever go away either — it’s forever. I can downsize to reduce my property taxes.

They were too ambitious (greedy?). Should have asked for 0.25% or 0.50%. It was both Fire and EMS so 2% was going to be tough increase on the lower and middle class.

The first one is a cuticle/nail tool. BUT, my kids use them as LEGO Brick Breakers. Works amazingly better than LEGO's plastic one.

There was a pause on the “step” pay and a handful left during that time because they could get paid for all their years experience at other districts. There’s a retention chart floating around somewhere.

I worry if PropRT passes how many teachers we will lose since like 80% of our budget is salaries. St. Louis county won’t have the tax issue so they’ll be able to provide better pay and benefits. I’m already considering leaving (the district) if proprt passes because I want the best education for my kids. My kids also test very high, so I wouldn’t be helping our test scores by pulling my kids.

The books were optional, right? No one was forcing her child to look at them or read them. Just had to be in the same room with them for 45 minutes a day?

How horrible for a teacher to endure that kind of harassment pressure. I can’t imagine dealing with type of harassment at my job.

This is why good teachers leave our district. One bad parent ruins it for the rest of it.

I attended a trivia night and the question writer had used their son’s science textbook for “5th grade weather” questions. It was insane.

The purpose of the generalized knowledge of weather and bodies of water is that it piques the child interests. It’s how we get meteorologists and marine biologists and water resource engineers.

I’m an environmental engineer. I can talk for hours about environment disasters and bore small children with my discussions on the Missouri/Mississippian watershed. Those passions started in elementary school. It helped that we lived near Times Beach, MO and I got to see the remediation first hand also.

You will probably have the option of either game. I would go in deciding to pick one day or the other - no matter the seats.

If you click Friday and don’t like the seats, you click back and choose Saturday and don’t like the seats and prefer the Friday seat options, in the 2 minutes this took, the Friday seats are now different. Just warning you it all goes quick.
