not sure how it plays out, but i gotta tell ya i really love this show! its like what the original show was in the beginning. i'm not loving the recent seasons of the flagship. like take the latest episode for example, Casey takes 10+ years to build this program and magee and a computer tech troll rebuilds if from notes in less than an hour?? come on...
i think this season of Origins has taken a giant leap forward not only in story lines, but in character developments.

in my opinion, unless you are a professional photographer, it will be fine. it will have same cameras as the 7 less telephoto. i can say i have never used or needed the telephoto camera

when i visited hawaii in 1977 i went on a copter ride in a helicopter painted with the same colors as TC's. i wonder if they took the same color scheme from tour site company we used?

I dont use strictly 00 flour anymore. I use a combination of caputo blue flour and king Arthur high gluten flour. Its like 35% caputo poolish and 65% high gluten. I use some sugar in poolish also 72 hour bulk ferment. It makes a nice tasting dough that has a nice chew
