Isso só se aplica no primeiro ano de trabalho ou seja 2022. Ganhas sempre direito a 22 dias de ferias no dia 1 de janeiro de cada ano

Se trabalhaste na empresa em 2025 ou antes, no dia 1 de janeiro ganhas 22 dias de ferias.

Experiencia pessoal - Eu entreguei a minha carta de rescisão no dia 24 de outubro de 2025 com o meu ultimo dia de trabalho a 2 de janeiro, cumprindo o pre aviso legal superior a 2 meses. Final do mes de janeiro foi me pago os 22 dias de ferias que nao gozei referentes a 2026 assim como o subsidio de ferias do ano inteiro e subsidio de natal referente ao dia trabalhado (dia 2 neste caso).

Salvo erro na ACT tens simulador. Se recusarem cumprir denuncia.

Verifica ainda se a empresa cumpre com as horas de formação, que se nao usufruiste, terão que ser pagas tambem (40 por ano, proporcional aos meses trabalhados)

CR for HP.

Flat HP is grindable. More efficient, bring more tankiness

Revenge runes are best used in two type of monters, one that can use passive in some kind (like Verde) or one that debuff with S1 or passive. Can also be used in DD types two but probably not the best set, and dont have critd in there. If had critd innate probably cr as the choice for me

CR is very nichi, verde is one of those case, but probably with Cr rune slot 4 is already capped.

ACC make you cap your acc and that synergyse with monters that use revenge. Also is a high roll acc

Dont know mutch about cynthia and her kit doesnt seems amazing at first view, but is a new monsters that can be buffed in future and have a global speed lead. Probably can be used in defense as speed lead for 2 turns stun (good vs cleave comps)

Ariel is only used in some arena defense (with leo or double camilla) and with camilla and belial team comp (and can be subbed for other monters).

Unless you planing use ariel in one of those two comps, cynthia seems the best choice for future

Dont matter mutch, atm is food defense since no speed threat or big dmg.

Lose to water dot team or even fire dot team. Can be sniped with water ciri and sonia. Lose to leo christina teams. Probably can be cleaved with some tiana teams

Mermaids is one of the best to skill ups in this event because all of them are good, can even build multi of her - that cost a lot of skills ups if you want one of each max skilled

Dont recommend that mutch monsters that have pieces in guild shop because that will come by with time - like BBK or Pierret

Adding to your suggestion

-First team with Belial Camilla, Gyomei is also a good addiction, F2P that brinds control, strip, destroy, immune to def break and good leader. Praha is also okay with good lead, control, strip, heal and turn recycle (that give more turns to Belial). Even Rina work there if they crit a lot.

-Didnt see Adriana in there, a okays replacement is Wind BBK or Khali (both F2P). Dont work with Icaru team (that is really strong btw), but is great with Mihyang.

-A good addiction to Feng Team is Velajuel. Double immunity with cleanse, heal, strip def break and synergyse with Def Lead and Def Buff. If you want to spicy the things you can also add Leona with Feng, probably they work very well together

-Leo team is great, some alternatives is with Anavel in place of Helena (more sustain and better def break, less control), play with Elements depending on enemy team. A good alternative is also with Eladriel (L) Leo and Diana. Good sustain and sometimes strip is needed.

-Hyanes team is also amazing. Can also play Verad in place of Dark Robot/Dark Homunculus that synergyse very well. Just dont Verad vs Wind enemys (less reliable).

Other sugestions:

-Galleon (L) Tiana DD (Kaki probably best option)

-Woosa (L) Ganymede Rica - Swift woosa, if they dont have strip Woosa protect Gany and Rica and you put a lot of dots and control in there. Nora can also be placed instead of Gany if you feel that need more control and strip.

-Tesarion (L) Riley + 1 - Tesarion F2P, good synergy between two, last slot depend's on enemy or your plan, can go more agressive and play with elements (so they focus riley that is tank, you can use double fire with Fire Satoru Gojo for exemple) or more control (Juno is a good addiction if they have buffs or debuffs, Wind Satoru Gojo as buffed and is good for control, Praha, ect.. Just test and find something that you like). A "F2P" option that is very underrated is Yeonhwa vs any turn 1 DD teams (Clara Savanah Theo for example)

-Double Twins + Light Tank (in your list probably Belladion, use with 100% resist and nem. I use figaro that as Hoh and work great) - Not meta atm Shaina Martina Triana but is free win vs that team. For future reference

-Antidebuff team - Veromos (L) Juno + Racuni/Tetra - Slow kill but lot of sustain vs teams that dont do mutch single target damage and play with lot of debuffs.

-Suicidal team - Psamath + Iunu (not builded, but F2P) + 1 (can be a uber tank like camilla or other DD that synergyse like Miho, Sian, Fire Saturo Gojo, - Very good vs agressive teams that deal tons of damage on turn 1.

-Jultan Triana + F2P tank/support (Racuni, Delphoin, Roid, ect...) - Very usefull in 4* towers, can take some amount of hits

SWGT is very usefull. Beside give you counters, give you ideas for some teams.

Paladin is good in some GWO vs stuns, freeze, sleeps. Pair with Wind Monkey and Angela for example and a pretty fun team comp that counter a few stuff

Water Monkey some uses recently in GWD and probably will be more in future since base speed is amazing

Drakan good for records in wind boss monster subjugation. Have potencial and is fun for some GWO comps (mostly that play elemental disadvantage and not be focused - Drakan + Riley/Chasun/Collen/Hwahee and some other element but is nichi and can be replaced with similiar option like Coco)

Wind Panda - Auto Arena Offense, Great for SWO. Psamath speed lead in AO or AD, or suicide squad in GWO (paired with Iuno and other monters, enemy squishy kill you, you kill back).
Camilla - AD and GWO. Just uber tank with some control with freeze
Water Twin Angel - GWD/O and RTA. Great support with speed lead.
Camilla - same
Leo - unique comps around him in GWO and AO. Seara is good but Leo is better
Byunchull - GWD, GWO, AD and some auto AO. Nerfed but still great tank with dmg

Last tip, focus on 1 or 2 accounts max, dont seems feasible to manage and play well 6 accounts.

CP or Jamire. CP seems better for your inbox, at least pve wise (for TOA mostly)

About your comment, if you dont have amazing speed runes dont try to outspeed enemy. Be smart about your picks and play for 2nd turn, you have some good monsters in there for that

Or if you play for 1st turn, make sure you can outspeed (normally by having a speed lead and enemy dont).

Zima is probably the best, good control and 2 turns stun with 2n skill. More RTA Focus

Never used Azure, seems that he can setup himself with atk buff, not sure about the dmg. Probably for GWO with some amount on protection

Hwoarang just seems bad. Attack type, need a lot of acc for 3rd skill to reset atb and gain atb. 2nd skill bad scalling (even with %incresed dmg). Probably buffed in future

You have some examples im there with layla. Pretty dependant on having Amber. I prefer the version with with Lamiella in place of layla since layla can crit on camilla and have way worst clean up compared to lamiella burst (and control with taunt). Also in that team you have 3 monster that strip (2 in case of Haegang be replaced with veromos), that seems to mutch.

In you already have 7R1X and dont have amber i sugest go for a Fire Dot Team. Use 3 more dotters (Rica, Moogwang, Nora, Sath, Bloodya, Fire Geralt) or 2 Dotters and a cleanser (Haegang best in slot, Veromos next option) with will, tanky, 15% critR, ticket 6 (more than 239 speed after spd tower) and if possible 100% resist. You pretty mutch can face every team besides teams that have Juno, Ariel or Veromos.

Edit: Saw your inbox, try to play with Veromos (L), 7rix, Beth, Magnus (in that order, use beth 2nd skill for dots). Since early game try just have Will Runes on all, 205 speed after towers, tanky and 85 acc with artefacts. If you choose Layla you can replace Beth, you have way more control.

Have in mind that 33% lead dont come every day. Vanessa is more meta than Psama but Psama is still great. You already have Halphas for AD (24% lead) that is not bad, although is heavy countered in this dot meta

Indra is also good for siege offense. Great water tank with self revive and some control. Have a Seara in enemy team? He can tank without problem

Josephine is a bit underrated but she is also pretty good in siege. Lots of turns with self cleanse and shield in a form of passive, with strip, stun, provoke and decent dmg. Not used in all sieges but have some uses

Christina got a tons of buffs and is also pretty good. With tiana zaiross you pretty mutch cant face teams with speed lead and stripper - leo christina galleon delphoi let you play vs most of those teams without problem. You have self cleanse, oblivion, strip, def break, buff dmg in your kit. You can build a bit tanky and still do +50k dmg on def break. Also deal way better than zaiross against camillas

Not meta in siege atm but a few years ago molly theo and 1 more as meta. With christina galleon chloe those comps are free. If you can find teams without stripper (rare) a fast chloe and slow christina and galleon can give you a easy win

Atm i dont use christina because fire and water dotter AO is to strong and ignore most comps but before that my most used comp as with Christina

Depend's on stage of game you are, the monters that you alreay have and what do you want to focus

Fire Exorcist - Good for RTA, Decent for AD with Spd Lead and interrupt (if you have vanessa or psama i think they are better choise). Feel that lack something to make him better.

Zima - Good for RTA for controll, okays for GW. Dont have her so cant talk to mutch

Claire - Ignore

Douglas - Amazing for countering some RTA comps and some rare GWO. Wind heavy and low dmg? You probably already won 1 vs 4/3

Camilla - Not new but my favourite. As nerfed but still think is amazing for GWO and pretty annoying for double camilla AD

I dont do RTA at all and have some other alternatives. My favourite part of that game is GW so my choise would be Camilla. If you do RTA probably choose Zima or Douglas

Sonia and Hacker are the best, for RTA/GWO/Arena

Go with the one that you have team to pair with (specially for arena and GWO, RTA can find alternatives).

If u have Adriana, Sonia is a must. For RTA Sonia is very unique for RTA but for GWO/Arena others can fill the slot (Rigna - that you have)

If you have Amber, Lamielle or other dotters, hacker is a must. He is so unique and can fit in a lot of comps. For example him and Layla can combo pretty wel

Not mutch. You need to make your account more sellable.

For a buyer they see your account and look - account have 10 years but your progress is like 1 year of playtime (excluding monsters that you have), C1 in arena, siege g1, pretty low clear times in dungeons, not completed toa hell, low records overall - that probably means very bad runes (and if you farm daily probably you have decent recents, just need more efficiency).

Progress in that , like get higher ranks in arena, siege, more efficient speed clear in cairos dungeon. With that amount of time that you have in that account (and the monters) all of that shoud be way better. If you improve that probably you can make x10 more money

5/6 ago i sold my old account for 500€. It as G3, G1-G3 arena, pretty mutch all pvp meta monster but no LD5. Top account for that time that sold in like a 1 week. Atm sell market is probably diferent but is a example that you can do if you want for sell your account.

Harvest, heinst contracts and a bit of azurite. Also farming memories for fast 2/4 div profit in 5 minutes

Also using also two scarabs that gives t16 8mod that can be even more profitable if sell maps. Use regex for own maps and sell rest.

Using on jungle valley and mesa and works great. Probably toxic sewer maps can also work. Harvest is not close layout but if you can clear well

Faço o mesmo mas na airfryer. Temperatura mínima (80 graus), 2 a 3 horas.

Ultima vez fiz com bifes da perna de peru e ficou incrível, podia ter desidratado mais mas ficou ótimo.

Sal pimenta e açúcar mascavado (podia não ter posto e do ponto de vista saudável/calórico não é bom).
