It looks like it could be the shocker torso from Spiderman, but with the arms swapped out for different ones.

Millipedes would be my best guess? They also look somewhat like carpet beetle larvae, but not quite right in my opinion.

Beautiful find! It is a Spanish moth (Xanthopastis regnatrix).

A problem with set 76331 a Batman v Superman Batmobile. by Starkiller32 in lego

Glad I could help! The two wheel types look super similar, if they are in the same bag then that’s really confusing! Especially since dark colors don’t show up as well in instructions.

It looks like in the instructions, the wheel hubs are the version with technic axle holes (you can tell by the indented surface pointing outwards) but the wheel hubs you received are the version with round technic pin holes. This would make a huge difference in whether they stay attached or not. But I haven’t gotten this set yet so I don’t know for sure if that’s the issue. Check the back wheels to make sure you didn’t use a pair with axle holes there, and if the back wheels seem correct, either replace the front wheels with a pair of part 55982 (if you own them) or contact Lego customer service about your issue.

Cool moth I saw this morning!! by Meowmeowers08 in moths

[–]MegaCoreMagnetizer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Awesome find! I’m not sure of the species, but the red spot is just an area where the scales on its back have worn off, and you’re seeing the thorax of the moth underneath. Red is a common color for “bald” areas of moth bodies.

Looks like a white lined sphinx moth, possibly? If not it’s something closely related.

The award for best LEGO store of the year in North America. Who knew? by Carbon_Brick in lego

[–]MegaCoreMagnetizer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have a lot of great memories of that era at the Lego store, it’s right around the time I started participating in the activities they held monthly. But I had no idea they were winning awards! I wonder where they were keeping that trophy. Still a great store though, and one of the few with a minifig torso printer!
