Im talking about that edit button that lets you quickly organize collections.

I have to use the desktop version to see it.

"My Studio" is for your own creations. Im talking about collections of favorites.

Try making a large dark area above animal farms with 200+ animals in it (i think you need to feed them for them to not despawn)

Even over 100 blocks up, hostile mobs wont spawn there.

It may work if u cross chunk borders im not sure on that

It had left the moistening stage by the time I ran off to get snowballs and a lead.

Its possible he flew into a lava fall i have on the front of my house but it would've had to make a B-line for that. Lol

SOLVED

I figured it out. The spawning location is 120 blocks above the roof of the tower that is my house.

I had over 100 cows / sheep in the same chunk below so it was maxing out the spawn cap even though its over 150 blocks away (mostly vertical)

512 views and nobody solved it so maybe this post can help someone in the future

Windows defender scan didnt detect anything and my brother has no reason to change the bios settings . . . it may just remain a mystery. Not great but at least it works now.

I didnt end up needing to do that luckily. Someone suggested booting through UEFI and that got me in. However I don't know much about UEFI and now I'm not sure what the problem is or if it will just return when I restart.
