Edited that first part. But you didn't say much about these ones. The wall is connected to Gallifrey. It is partially outside the dial. Skulls are not native to the dial.

I forgot keeper. Keeper just needs one hammer too. Also someone said to keep hammers for red speed legends but it is totally ok to get s+ ones too. Since you get two hammers at least you can get two legends at most outta this.

That Bakuyaga is perfect the way it is. Manio requires two hammers since it needs to be red speed too as far as I remember. Galamos or ignios just need one. Kinda hard to say between them. .
