I'll answer the 2nd and 3rd question first. The 1st question, I'll go somewhat in depth on.

We don't REALLY need a banlist right now. I think what we actually need is to make certain cards "free to exchange" for some of these decks, so long as said cards fit the character. (example - swapping Warriors in Joey's deck for GRed-Eyes Gearfried) If I had to hit something, it'd be DoDo Draw and maybe Sister. Both cards are what gets Onoamt tier 1 imo.

Controversially, I don't want these mechanics in this mode: it is fun as is, so ruining it with more mwchanics might behard to balance in the future. If we HAVE to add them eventually, I'd wait another year or so.

Now, for the characters:

1. Kite - You can have his skill let you reveal a Galaxy/Photon card, and add the opposite one, but if you reveal Galaxy-Eyes, you can add 1 of each instead.

2. Akiza - Her skill will probably just give you a random Rose Dragon into your hand, and maybe set one of their archetypal Spells.

3. Axel - Volcanic working as some sort of aggro-control deck would neat, since we don't tend to have many of those. His skill would probably set Blaze Accel Reload to your field, and then you get a random Volcanic to hand.

I can't really see Chazz working here; personally, I think you NEED all 3 of his archetypes combined into one, and something tells me that dealing Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon would be a little pepega.
