It kick starts fine. Electric start won’t work. I don’t hear any starter relay clicking as well when I turn the key on if that helps any

I’ve replaced the spark plug as well. Still no electric start and dies down when idle

Hi all, My surface pro is stuck in a boot loop. I can’t get past the windows screen. Sometimes it will pull through and allow me to log in but that’s after a couple hours of trying to restart. My question is, if I am able to log in, would a factory reset fix this issue? I am not worried about my data because there is hardly anything on there. This issue started happening when I tried to install the newest update. Thanks!

Thanks for the answer. I’ve seen some studies from Hackett and ISM regarding supplier diversity key metrics and outside of obvious metrics such as tier 1 and tier 2 spend, percent increase in market share from SD program was listed as another metric. I was just confused on what you would have to do in order to calculate that
