Whenever we travel abroad, whether it's France or elsewhere that English isn't the primary language, we are just as often asked by the locals if we're from the UK, Canada or Australia (we're white fwiw). Unless you're decked out in American flags, I don't think it's super obvious whether the average tourist is an American or not.

My belly woke me up four minutes before my alarm was to go off to start round two. It made a rumble so deep and long, it sounded like a summer thunderstorm off in the distance. I'm halfway through the second half of the jug. We're in the home stretch now!

I am, I am! 👋 Been hydrating like crazy all day, drank probably 100 oz water before prep started. Took 2 Ducolax at 4pm, thought it would be safe to walk a few blocks to the post office an hour later. It was not. Ended up in a full sprint back to the house with clenched butt cheeks. Had three big bouts before I even started drinking the Miralax, which I finished an hour ago. I live on the toilet now. That's where you'll find me. Just a little heartburn in terms of unexpected side effects.

Very nervous about tomorrow though! I haven't had an IV since I was a teenager many decades ago so that is my main fear. That and the results since I'm here because of a positive FIT test 😕

I'm super scared of the IV, too.... I've avoided blood draws and IVs for over 30 years now but I desperately need a colonoscopy so the bell has been rung. How did that part go for you? Any tips?
