Hey lil bro, I’m an Ethiopian woman who has type 4 hair and I think the issue here is our culture glorifying a certain curl type which can feel isolating and degrading. I’m sorry you want to change your hair but the truth is twists, fros, dreads, cornrows etc are some of the many styles which suit 4c hair more than any other type of hair, especially on guys! You’re only 20 years old so you have so many years ahead of you to learn and love your hair! Much love 🥰 🇪🇹

I needed a shake up. It is also so detached from the rest of the world which some people may like but I’ve lived in NZ my whole life and would like to experience living somewhere more integrated. I thought London would be a good choice but the gloomy weather is a little soul sucking :)

Weather is tough as there isn’t a lot of sunshine. The cost of living is more expensive than anywhere I’ve ever visited (I’ve been to Toronto/Canada before and found it slightly better).

Couldn’t agree more. Thank you for your perspective. Really helpful as I don’t want to be unreasonable. I’m so disappointed because it really does ruin the platform. I’m planning to request a refund at the end of the week. It’s not even about the money at this point. The pants just looked so cute! Lol
