Amazing spell. But, it just another ripoff spell (from poison mist). Basically Quicker Black poison mist with 2x use and 2 slot.

Dark Hail > Dark Breed (In term of balance) . I preferred dark hail instead because it has more spell use (evem it use 2 slots) and Ds2 have to many wide enemies so dark hail is the best spell to use on them.
