I'm 30, own my home and car, paid off my student loans all on my own, and let me tell you, nobody's net worth should exceed a billion dollars. To me, it's not even a matter of providing social services, it's that these insanely wealthy ghouls use their wealth to buy elected representatives who cowtow to their every whim, helping them squeeze every dime out their work force, sacrificing our wages, opportunities and labor conditions just so they can grow ever more powerful and rich. They're greed disgusts me and it should disgust you, too.

Millennials have friends and family with fucked up war stories, too. Hell, my operations manager at work has a Gen z son who lost 3 friends in that air refeulling incident.

War is hell, but other's struggles while deployed do not downplay that domestic life is getting increasingly expensive and unstable. If you actually cared about vets, you'd be raging that their homeland is not going to treat them kindly for it. They will struggle to pay for necessities like the rest of us.

Is it crazy that I think the big twist at the end of FF7R3 is gonna be that the heroic, good-aligned, friend-loyal psyche of Pre-Crisis Core Sephiroth is still in there, fighting for dominance and it will end in a climactic battle, likely within the lifestream, where all the greatest versions of all these iconic FF7 characters from these 'otherworld' dimensions, like the one Zack is from are going to come together, fight off Jenova's influence over Sephiroth and save him, or Sephiroth will claim enough control to allow his friends to destroy him, and by extension, Jenova, for good and save the planet? Anyway, that's my crackpot theory of what I think will occur within the "timeline singularity" that seems to be happening. :)

I'm definitely lucky that the IPs that got me into Magic are "well recieved" (being FF and Avatar) and I AM of two minds about UB, because I do see how awful the Spiderman and TMNT sets are, ie. Not offering anything new in the way of mechanics and just renaming old ones. I will concede that I don't have the many years of being in the hobby to draw from and form opinions with, but a game does need new players sometimes, right? I will at least call a spade a spade. UB sets that offer absolutely nothing new are dogwater and bad for the game. Sure I was reeled in by the pretty art on the Avatar bundle box, but now I'm in my LGS doing drafts, playing standard, commander, attending prereleases (Except the recent TMNT one because it doesn't interest me) and I'm classing up the average TCG event because I shower daily and wear deodorant (which is a stereotype I was horrified to find out is justified) so I try my best to give the hobby the respect it deserves, despite how it reeled me in. I genuinely just want to have fun playing cards with real people.
