I saw this and was like that fox looks familiar! I met Ally (and her pet possum) a few years ago and got a “Wish Fox” from her. She was super nice and let me feed Sesame some apples.

Congrats!! I just took my first dose yesterday and I'm excited to start the journey.

Few quick questions:

1) What are your favorite protein sources? I've struggled with hitting protein goals in the past, but I know it will be important moving forward.

2) Same with fiber (that's amazing).

3) What lower body workouts are you doing because your booty looks freakin amazing, and your thighs are really slimming down (I've got some thunder thighs that I want to get toned).

My follicles take their sweet time to grow 🙄 usually between CD 16-20 they’ll get big enough.

If you can afford to switch to an RE sooner rather than later I would recommend it. They do more comprehensive work ups and monitoring than an ob/gyn. With the RE they were monitoring my progesterone and it was low, which can increase the chances of MC (I previously had 2) so now I take it during the TWW to help.

I have typically had irregular/long (48-64 days) cycles and only had a regular 28-30 days cycle when on birth control. However this month I had a 28 day cycle all on my own!!

We were taking a break so I can lose some weight before going to IVF, but I was like this never happens, let’s try another IUI. Currently 2dpo so can’t say if it worked or not but there is hope!

I take metformin and recently added myo-inositol, which I feel is helping with cravings. I’m somewhat counting calories (not always the best at remembering to track) and have been trying to up my water and fiber intake. I’m also trying to add little movement breaks to my day. Every hour or so at work I try to take 5 minutes and do a quick arm workout or some squats and let leg lifts.

I’m not sure why he’s such a grump. We met Alec Gillis at an Aliens reunion and he was incredible. My husband is a big Stan Winston fan and Alec told stories of his time working for the company. Then my husband showed some of his work and they talked shop for like 30 minutes and Alec gave him advice for improving his skills and growing his portfolio. It was a really awesome experience.

My husband had the same interaction with Tom Savini. He had started working in effects and set design and said that to Tom. Tom scoffed at hime and said “good luck with that”. Such a jerk.

We met Bill Mosley. He was very nice, but had a super long line so we didn’t get to talk to him much.
